ZARMS keeps card descriptions and files in Google Drive. If you see a Google Drive error, find the message in the table below.

A folder I deleted in Google Drive keeps coming back

If a card’s folder or document is missing, ZARMS creates it again, for example the next time you open the card. For cards you don’t need, cancel or archive them in ZARMS.

”Google Drive folders are unavailable” appears

This appears on the Team settings tab in the admin console when the team’s folders are gone and ZARMS couldn’t recreate them automatically. Follow the steps for the reason shown. See If the team’s folders are deleted.

The names in ZARMS and Google Drive are different

That’s fine. ZARMS keeps track of files by ID, not by name, so the link stays intact even if you rename a file in Google Drive.

Guests can see other boards’ files

If a board still uses the parent folder shared by all boards, Guests can see other boards’ folders in Google Drive. For boards you invite Guests to, choose a separate parent folder (Google Drive structure and permissions).

I got an email about a permission failure

Owners and Managers get this email when ZARMS couldn’t apply a member’s permissions in Google Drive. Check the details shown on the Team settings tab in the admin console, then reconnect Google or fix the permissions by hand in Google Drive.
