In Claude (claude.ai or the Claude desktop app), you add ZARMS as a custom connector. The connection uses OAuth. Before you start, check that you meet the requirements. If your role is Member, an admin needs to allow Members to connect.

Connect

1

Open the screen for adding a connector

In Claude’s settings, open Connectors and add a custom connector. Claude may rename these menus in later updates.
2

Enter the URL

Enter https://app.zarms.cloud/mcp as the server URL and add it.
3

Sign in to ZARMS

When you start connecting, ZARMS opens in your browser. Sign in with the Google account you use for ZARMS.
4

Choose a team and permissions, then allow

On the “Connect an app to ZARMS” screen, choose the Team to connect and either Read only or Read and write, then click Allow connection.
5

Try it in Claude

Go back to Claude and ask something like “Show me the ZARMS cards where it’s my turn.” Check that Claude answers with information from ZARMS.
With Read only, Claude can only read cards and boards and can’t change anything. If you also want Claude to create cards or write comments, choose Read and write.

Disconnect

In ZARMS, go to Settings → MCP connections in the right-hand navigation and click Disconnect on the Claude row.

Troubleshooting

  • The team you want doesn’t appear: If your role is Member, it won’t appear until an admin allows Members to connect. Guests can’t connect.
  • It worked once but stopped working: Your plan may have changed to Basic, or the connection may have been disconnected. See When the connection stops working.
  • Claude’s settings only accept an API key: See Connect with an API key.
