For work that repeats the same steps, duplicate last time’s board to start with the same cards and assignees. When a board is finished, archive it to take it out of the list and the nav so things stay easy to scan. Who can do this: Owner, Manager, Member (Guests can’t)

Duplicate a board

1

Start duplicating

In the board list, open the menu at the left end of the row and choose Duplicate board. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+B on the board screen, or click Duplicate board in Board settings.
2

Set the name and start date

Enter a Board name. At first, it’s filled in with the original name followed by のコピー (“copy”). To shift the cards’ dates, enter a Start date and time.
3

Duplicate

Click Duplicate. If the board has many cards, this can take a little while.

How dates are shifted

When you enter a Start date and time, every card’s dates move by the same amount, so that the earliest date on the board (a start date or due date) lands on the date and time you entered. For example, if the first date on last month’s board is September 1 and you enter October 1, every card’s dates move exactly one month later. If you leave it blank, the dates are copied as they are.

What carries over and what doesn’t

Cards that were archived on the original board, and template cards, are copied as regular cards too. Archive any you don’t need after duplicating. If some cards’ documents couldn’t be copied, the message shown when duplication finishes includes how many. When you open one of those cards’ details, a new document is prepared for it. Duplicated boards count toward your plan’s board limit.

Archive a board

In the board list, open the menu at the left end of the row and choose Archive. You can also click Archived at the bottom of Board settings. Archived boards no longer appear in the left nav, on Home, or in the board choices when you create a card. The board and its cards aren’t deleted. Archived boards also stop counting toward your plan’s board limit. To restore one, use Filter in the board list to add Archived to the statuses, then open the menu for that board and choose Unarchive. If unarchiving would put you over your plan’s limit, you can’t unarchive it.

You can’t delete a board

You can’t delete a board from the app. Archive boards you no longer use instead. To erase all of a team’s data, see Delete a team.
