No card is created on a day when:- The original card is archived
- The person who set the repeat rule has left the team
- The team’s contract is suspended, or the team is over its plan limits
Troubleshooting
- Repeat isn’t in the menu: Template cards can’t repeat. If you see “Template cards cannot repeat.”, turn it back into a normal card, or set the rule on a card created from the template. Archived cards can’t be set either until you unarchive them.
- “Choose at least one day” appears: When you choose Weekly, choose at least one day.
- “No next card (the end date has passed)” appears: Move the end date later, or clear it.
- The card didn’t come on the day you expected: Days follow the team’s time zone. The card is created just after midnight on that day.
