Open Member in the left nav to see the list of people in your team (the directory). Besides people who sign in and use ZARMS, the directory also lists people with a pending invitation and people who are listed by name only and never sign in. Guests can’t use this screen.

Read the list

The list shows each person’s name (and email address), role, status, groups, and when they last used ZARMS. There are four statuses:
  • Use the search box at the top to search by name or email address.
  • Filter with the Status, Role, Group, and Skill chips. Archived people appear only when you choose Archived under Status.
  • Click a column header to sort.
  • Use Columns to add columns such as job title, the number of cards they’re assigned to, the number of cards where it’s their turn, and the number of overdue cards. Your column settings are saved on this device.

Member details

Click a name to open the details. On the left are Profile and Access. In the middle are the person’s Google Doc, folder, groups, and skills. On the right are comments addressed to them. Click View this member’s cards to see a list of the cards they’re assigned to. For people who have signed in, the name and email address come from their Google account, so you can’t change them in ZARMS. After you make changes, click Save changes. For changes to roles or access, a “Change access?” dialog shows what will change before you save. When you save, a record of the change is left as a comment on that person.

Suspend access

When someone leaves the company or moves to another team and no longer uses ZARMS, suspend their access. They can no longer sign in to the team, but their name stays on the cards they were assigned to and on their comments. Who can do this: Owners and Managers
1

Open the member's details

In the list, click the name of the person whose access you want to suspend.
2

Choose Suspend access

Click … (More actions) in the top right of the details, and choose Suspend access. Nothing changes yet at this point.
3

Save

Click Save changes, then click Save changes again on the confirmation screen.
The person’s status changes to Archived, and they no longer count toward your plan’s member limit. To let them use ZARMS again, choose Restore access from the same menu and save. If restoring access would go over your plan’s member limit, you can’t restore it. You can’t suspend your own access or the access of the last owner.
You can’t leave a team on your own. If you want to leave, ask an Owner or a Manager to suspend your access.

Remove from the directory

You can remove people who have never signed in (Directory only or Invited) from the directory. Click … in the details and choose Remove from directory. This can’t be undone. You can’t remove people who have signed in before. Suspend their access instead.

Google Drive folders for the directory

The document and folder in the middle of the details are created in Google Drive for each person. They’re stored inside the team’s ZARMS メンバー (ZARMS members) folder. To change where they’re stored, see Google Drive folders and permissions.
