ZARMS has no field for writing a card’s description. When you create a card, ZARMS sets up a Google Doc and a Google Drive folder just for that card. Write the description in the doc, and put files and deliverables in the folder.

Use the editing features you already know

Google Docs gives you tables, images, headings, comments, real-time collaboration, and version history, all the features you already use. We think people write better descriptions with a tool they know than with a limited text box inside ZARMS.

Keep the description and files in one place

When the description is in a tool’s text field, files are in Drive, and meeting notes are in another doc, nobody knows which is the latest. In ZARMS, each card’s folder holds the description doc, meeting notes, and deliverables. Open the card and you can reach everything about that work.

Files stay in your organization’s Drive

The doc and folder are created in the Google Drive location chosen when the team was created. With a shared drive as the root, the organization owns the files. They’re never locked inside ZARMS.

All you need is a Google account

You sign in to ZARMS with a Google account. Both company Google Workspace accounts and personal Google accounts work. For example, a student club can set up the folder in the club’s shared account’s Drive and invite members with their personal accounts. For signing in, see Sign in. For how folders are organized, see Google Drive folders and permissions.
