Cards left alone appear at the top of Your cards on Home as cards to tidy up. You can extend the deadline or mark them done right there, without opening the card. Home shows up to 3 of them, most important first. To see the rest, use See cards to tidy up in the end-of-week email.

Which cards need tidying up

Cards where you are the Creator, Processor, Reviewer, or Receiver, and that match one of these: Drafts, done, cancelled, and archived cards, and template cards, never appear. Only dates and the latest activity are checked. AI is not used.

Tidy up right there

Two buttons appear, depending on the reason. Extend deadline and Set a deadline ask for a new due date. If the start date has passed, it moves to the same day. For other actions, such as cancelling or archiving, use More actions (⋮) on the right.

Hide for a while

If you still plan to work on the card but it doesn’t need a deadline yet, choose Hide for a while from More actions. The card stops appearing as “no activity” for 14 days. This doesn’t affect overdue cards or cards with no Processor.

See them all in a list

Press See cards to tidy up in the end-of-week email (Email types) to open the Cards to tidy up list. It has the same buttons as Home. Owners and Managers can switch Cards to show to Whole team to also see cards they aren’t involved in. Use this to find stalled cards and check in with the people on them.
