# Can't find a screen or button, or can't do something

> You see "Page not found," Settings has no Team settings, you see fewer boards than your coworkers, or a button won't work. Check the cause by looking at your role, your plan, and your subscription status.

What you can see and do in ZARMS mostly depends on three things:

* **Your role** (Owner, Manager, Member, or Guest)
* **Your team's plan** and its limits
* **Your team's subscription status** (payments and so on)

Start by checking your role. Open the account menu in the top right. Your role appears under your name. If you belong to more than one team, also make sure you have the right team open.

## Find your symptom

| What's happening | Likely cause and what to do |
| - | - |
| You see "Page not found" | The URL is wrong, or you don't have permission for that screen (explained below) |
| The Settings menu has no **Team settings** | Only Owners and Managers can open the admin console. Billing managers can open only **Billing** |
| You see fewer boards or cards than your coworkers | You're a Guest and haven't been invited to those boards. Ask an admin to add boards for you |
| The board you want isn't in the left navigation | The left navigation is set to **My groups**. Switch it to **All groups** |
| You can't press a button to create something new (cards, boards, and so on) | Your team has gone over the plan's limit for members or boards ([When you go over a limit](https://help.zarms.cloud/en/billing/plans.md#when-you-go-over-a-limit)) |
| You can't create boards or add people to the directory or groups | Guests can't do this. If you're a Member and still can't, an admin has limited it to admins only |
| **Export to Sheet** is missing or won't work | Guests can't use it. An admin may also have restricted exporting. On boards, it appears only in **List** view |
| You can't archive a card | Only the card's Creator, Owners, and Managers can archive it |
| You can't delete a card or board | ZARMS doesn't let you delete them. Clean up cards by cancelling or archiving them, and boards by archiving them |
| You can't find an archived card | Turn on **Include archived** in the filter |
| AI isn't available | See [AI isn't available](https://help.zarms.cloud/en/troubleshooting/ai-unavailable.md) |
| Every screen sends you back to **Billing** | No payment method has been set up, or payments have stopped (explained below) |
| A shared card link shows "Share link is invalid" | You're signed in with an account that doesn't belong to that card's team, or you're a Guest and the card is on a board you weren't invited to |
| You can't see history or audit logs older than 13 months | On every plan, the history shown on screen covers the last 13 months. Comments are kept no matter how old they are |
| There's no button to open the comment list | For now, narrow screens don't have a comment list button. View comments in the card details |

## When you see "Page not found"

It's one of these:

* The URL is wrong or out of date
* You opened a screen in a team you don't belong to
* You're a Guest and opened a board you weren't invited to
* You're a Member or Guest and opened the admin console
* The team is suspended or its subscription was canceled

ZARMS shows the same screen whether a page doesn't exist or you don't have permission to see it. This keeps outsiders from guessing which teams or boards exist.

## When you're sent back to **Billing**

If the trial has ended and no payment method has been set up, or if some days have passed since a payment failed, only the **Billing** screen is available. Once an Owner or billing manager completes the payment or switches to Basic, everything works again. Your data hasn't been deleted. For details, see [Payment and plan changes](https://help.zarms.cloud/en/billing/payment.md#if-a-payment-fails).

* The URL of the screen you had open
* Your role
* What you were trying to do, and the message shown on the screen
