# Contact us

> If you can sign in, use Contact in the app. If you can't sign in, email support@zarms.cloud. For questions about adopting ZARMS, email contact@zarms.cloud.

Where to contact us depends on what you need and whether you can sign in.

| What you need | Where to contact us |
| - | - |
| Questions or problems (you can sign in) | The app's help menu → **Contact** |
| Questions or problems (you can't sign in) | [support@zarms.cloud](mailto:support@zarms.cloud) |
| Requests to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete personal data | [support@zarms.cloud](mailto:support@zarms.cloud) |
| Questions about adopting ZARMS, requests for materials, the Enterprise plan | [contact@zarms.cloud](mailto:contact@zarms.cloud) |

## Contact us from the app

While you're signed in to ZARMS, open the help menu and choose **Contact**. A contact window opens. If it doesn't open, email [support@zarms.cloud](mailto:support@zarms.cloud).

When you send a message from the app, we also receive a recording of the screen where the problem happened and a history of your actions. That way, you don't have to explain everything again, and we can find the cause faster.

If you're signed in while reading the Help Center and a contact window appears in the corner of the screen, you can send a message from there too.

## What helps us solve it faster

* What you were trying to do, and what actually happened
* When it happened (Japan time)
* Your team name and the URL of the screen where the problem happened
* Any message shown on the screen (copy it exactly, or send a screenshot)
* Your role (Owner, Manager, Member, or Guest). You can check it in the account menu
* What you've already tried (signing in again, opening it in another browser, and so on)

If you attach a screenshot, make sure it doesn't show other people's personal information or card contents.

## Outages and maintenance

We post service-wide outages and planned maintenance on the [status page](https://status.zarms.cloud). If several people have the same problem, check there first. Problems that affect only certain people aren't listed there.
