# Rate AI answers and turn them into Docs or cards

> The buttons under each AI answer let you check the credits it used, rate it as good or bad, generate it again, copy it, and turn it into a Google Doc or a card.

Under text that AI writes, there's a row of actions for that answer. Use it to pass the answer on to your next task, or to tell ZARMS how good it was.

The row appears in these places:

* Answers in [AI search](https://help.zarms.cloud/en/ai/ask.md)
* A card's **Advice**, a board's **AI report**, and **Advice** in Insights ([AI advice and reports](https://help.zarms.cloud/en/ai/advice-and-reports.md))
* **Advice** in member details

## What's in the row

| Item | What it does |
| - | - |
| **N Credits** | The credits used to write this answer. Answers reopened within 24 hours use none |
| **Good answer** / **Bad answer** | Tells ZARMS how good the answer was |
| **Generate again** | Writes the answer again from the same request. Uses credits |
| **Copy text** | Copies the answer text |
| **Create a Google Doc** | Turns the answer into a Google Doc |
| **Convert to card** | Creates a card from the answer |

To see when the answer was generated, hover over the answer text.

## Rate an answer

Press **Good answer** or **Bad answer**. Press it again to undo.

When you press **Bad answer**, you see "What was wrong with this answer?" Choose what applies (Incorrect, Didn't answer my question, Out of date, Too long, Hard to read, Other), add **Details (optional)** if you like, and press **Send**. What you enter is used to improve AI answers.

## Turn an answer into a Google Doc

Press **Create a Google Doc** to turn the answer into a Google Doc, with its formatting, and open it. ZARMS creates it here:

| A card's Advice | The card's Google Drive folder |
| A board's AI report | The board's Google Drive folder |
| Anywhere else (AI search, Insights, and so on) | The "ZARMS" folder in your My Drive |

If the card or board folder can't be found, ZARMS creates the Doc in the "ZARMS" folder in your My Drive.

## Turn an answer into a card

Press **Convert to card** to open the card creation screen with the answer filled into the card name and description. Choose the board and assignees, then create it. Use this to turn an AI suggestion straight into work.

## Use a whole AI search conversation

In AI search, **Copy text**, **Create a Google Doc**, and **Convert to card** also appear at the top of the screen. These act on the whole conversation (questions and answers), not a single answer. The **N Credits** next to them is the total used for answers in that conversation.
